Before Thanksgiving, my sweet hubby bought a very expensive KitchenAid mixer for me so that I can make more delicious food to serve him!~(So scheming!)
廢話不多說,趕快來介紹KitchenAid攪拌機的處女作品--地瓜派。
No more nonsense! Let me introduce my first KitchenAid mixer work--Sweet potato pie.

所需材料:
地瓜約2磅
1/4杯中筋麵粉
雞蛋4顆
罐頭煉乳一整罐
9吋未烤的餅殼一個
打好的鮮奶油少許
Ingredients:
2 pounds sweet potatoes
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
4 eggs
1 can evaporated milk
1 (9-inch) unbaked pastry shell
some whipped cream
3/4杯紅糖
1茶匙五香粉(美式)
1茶匙香草精
1/8茶匙鹽
1茶匙檸檬汁
1茶匙五香粉(美式)

1茶匙檸檬汁
Seasonings:
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground all-spice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon lemon juice
製作方法:
1. 將地瓜連皮洗淨後,放入大同電鍋蒸至軟為止。
1. Clean and steam sweet potatoes until very soft.

2. 待蒸熟的地瓜冷卻後,將皮撕下,切成塊狀放入攪拌盆裡。
2. Peel sweet potatoes after cool down. Cut in small pieces and place in the mixer.

3. 加入麵粉、雞蛋、煉乳與所有調味料至攪拌盆中。
3. Combine flour, eggs, evaporated milk and all seasonings into the mixer.

4. 先用慢速攪拌,待稍微混合後再調快速度,打到完全均勻為止。
4. Use slow speed in the beginning. Speed up after it mixed slightly and keep beating until blended evenly.

5. 先預熱烤箱華氏375度(約攝氏190度),將餅殼烤至稍軟即可將地瓜漿倒入。
5. Preheat the oven at 375 degrees F. Bake the pastry shell a minute till soft. Then pour the thick paste into the pastry shell.

6. 放入烤箱中烤約45-50分鐘。
6. Place into oven and bake for 45-50 minutes.

7. 用刀子插入中心,若刀子取出後很乾淨即表示熟了。
7. Insert a knife near the center. It will be done if the knife comes out clean.

8. 冷卻後切塊,可擠上先奶油裝飾及增加風味。
8. Cut in pieces after cool down. Garnish with whipped creme topping.
