提拉米蘇可說是肉肉最愛的甜點之一,它是有名的義大利經典甜點。一層層帶著醉人的濃縮咖啡液、略帶苦味的可可粉,和香甜綿密的乳酪,共同交織出迷人的輕量興奮作用,讓人彷彿沉醉在戀愛的甜蜜浪漫滋味中!
Tiramisu is one of my favorite desserts. It is a famous classic Italian dessert. The intoxicating mouth watering taste of espresso, the slightly bitter cocoa powder, and the sweet, dense cheese from each layer, intertwined charming lightweight exciting effect. It makes people indulge themselves in the sweet romantic love taste!
提拉米蘇【Tiramisu】在義大利原文裏,「Tira」是「提、拉」的意思,「Mi」是「我」,「Su」是「往上」,合起來就是「拉我起來」的意思;另一種解釋為「帶我走」的意思,帶走的不只是美味,還有愛和幸福!
In original Italian of Tiramisu, 「Tira」 means 「pull」, 「Mi」 is 「me」, 「Su」 is 「up」, together means 「Pull me up」. Another explanation is 「Pick me up」, which not only picks the pleasant taste but the love and the happiness!
提拉米蘇做法很多種,肉肉這裡提供最簡易的做法。現在就跟著肉肉一起和提拉米蘇談戀愛去吧!
There are so many ways to make Tiramisu. The recipe I provide here is the easiest way to make it. Let's go dating with Tiramisu now!
所需材料:
手指餅乾約20片(約9"x5"的容器)
蛋4顆(蛋白、蛋黃分開)
馬斯卡彭乳酪1杯
白砂糖3/4杯
可可粉少量
濃縮咖啡2杯
卡魯哇咖啡酒1/4杯(也可用白蘭地或蘭姆酒)

1 cup Mascarpone cheese
3/4 white sugar
some cocoa powder
2 cup espresso coffee
1/4 cup Kahlua liqueur(can be substituted by brandy or Rum)

1. 將蛋黃倒入攪拌盆中,加入白砂糖和馬斯卡彭乳酪攪拌均勻,成為濃稠的乳酪液備用。
(不敢吃生蛋的話,可以隔水小火加熱,注意可別煮熟了!)

5. 在手指餅乾上均勻舖上一層馬斯卡彭乳酪餡,再灑上可可粉覆蓋。

還剩下一點乳酪餡,肉肉另用小杯裝,步驟與上述相同。
