魔力三日減肥咒【Magic 3 Days Diet Recipe】

台灣真是美食天堂,美食的誘惑,加上天天都暴飲暴食,接下來就是體重破表!忽然想起十年前曾經用過的,傳說中三日可減4-6公斤的神奇三日減肥餐,雖然那時體重不減反增,不過仔細研究了一下食譜,發現當時好像用錯配方(因食譜上並未清楚註明杯子大小和重量,而且肉肉也沒有多喝水。)
!看了很多人使用後的心得,多半是成功的,激發了肉肉想要再試一次!不過這次一定要很小心的按照食譜進行!
Taiwan is a gastronome's paradise. The enticement of delicacies and glutton can break your scale! It reminded me a magic three days diet recipe I'd ever used ten years ago which could lose 4-6 kilograms. Although I did not lose but gain weight. I realized I did it wrong then.(The recipe about the cup measurement and weight are not clear. Plus I did not drink enough water.) After read others' successful experiences, I decided to try it one more time. This time has to follow the recipe more precisely!
第一日早餐:
1.葡萄柚半顆
2.烤土司一片
3.花生醬兩茶匙
4. 咖啡或茶一杯
Day 1 Breakfast:
1. 1/2 grapefruit
2. a piece of toast
3. 2 teaspoon peanut butter
4. a cup of coffee or tea
土司抹了花生醬後,吃了很有飽足感,一點都不覺得飢餓!
The peanut butter makes me full actually. I don't feel hungry at all!
第一日午餐:
1. 鮪魚(水浸)半罐(約120克)
2. 烤土司一片
3. 咖啡或茶一杯
Day 1 Lunch:
1. 1/2 can of tuna(in water)(about 120g)
2. a piece of toast
3. a cup of coffee or tea
肉肉不敢吃魚啊!只好捏著鼻子和血吞!
I am afraid of eating fish! I can only force myself to swallow!
第一日晚餐:
1. 任何肉兩片(約火鍋肉的大小)
2. 四季豆十條
3. 紅葡萄一杯(約240g)
4. 蘋果一個
5. 低脂冰淇淋一杯
6. 咖啡或茶一杯
Day 1 Dinner:
1. 2 pieces of any meat(thin slice)
2. 10 pieces of green beans
3. a cup of red grapes(about 240g)
4. an apple
5. a cup of low fat ice cream
6. a cup of coffee or tea
把四季豆切成小段,吃起來感覺量比較多! 沒想到水煮四季豆灑上海鹽和胡椒這麼清脆可口!還有冰淇淋當甜點,平常都沒吃這麼好!
It feels more by cutting green beans in pieces. I've never thought the green bean can be so delicious by adding some salt and pepper! Also having the ice cream as a dessert is so wonderful not like usual!
第二日早餐:
1. 香蕉半條
2. 水煮蛋一個
3. 烤土司一片
4. 咖啡或茶一杯
Day 2 Breakfast:
1. 1/2 banana
2. a boiled egg
3. a piece of toast
4. a cup of coffee or tea
一樣把蛋切成數片,感覺比較多!
Same trick! It feels more by cutting egg in pieces!
第二日午餐:
1. 優酪乳或優格一杯
2. 鹹蘇打餅乾兩片
3. 咖啡或茶一杯
Day 2 Lunch:
1. a cup of yoghurt
2. 2 pieces of soda cracker
3. a cup of coffee or tea
這...這...這是什麼組合餐!要人命喔!
What kind of lunch this is? You've got to be kidding me!
第二日晚餐:
1. 熱狗兩條
2. 綠花椰菜半個
3. 紅葡萄一杯
4. 香蕉半條
5. 低脂冰淇淋半杯
6. 咖啡或茶一杯
Day 2 Dinner:
1. 2 pieces of hot dog
2. 1/2 broccoli
3. a cup of red grapes
4. 1/2 banana
5. 1/2 cup of low fat ice cream
6. a cup of coffee or tea
這餐是最美味的一餐,全部都是肉肉愛吃的!吃完好滿足!~
This is the most delicious meal! All are my favorite! I am so satisfied!
第三日早餐:
1. 蘋果一個
2. 低脂起司一片
3. 鹹蘇打餅乾一片
4. 咖啡或茶一杯
Day 3 Breakfast:
1. an apple
2. a piece of low fat cheese
3. a piece of soda cracker
4. a cup of coffee or tea
只能靠蘋果撐著!吃完後...好空虛!
I can only rely on apple! So empty!
第三日午餐:
1. 水煮蛋一個
2. 烤土司一片
3. 咖啡或茶一杯
Day 3 Lunch:
1. a boiled egg
2. a piece of toast
3. a cup of coffee or tea
這是給小鳥吃的!

第三日晚餐:
1. 鮪魚(水浸)一罐
2. 紅葡萄一杯
3. 花椰菜半個
4. 香蕉半條
5. 哈密瓜四盎司(約120g)
6. 低脂冰淇淋半杯
7. 咖啡或茶一杯
Day 3 Dinner:
1. a can of tuna(in water)
2. a cup of red grape
3. 1/2 cauliflower
4. 1/2 banana
5. 4oz cantaloupe
6. 1/2 cup of low fat ice cream
7. a cup of coffee or tea
媽呀!一整罐的鮪魚罐頭,好在有其他的食物可以撫慰肉肉的心靈!
OMG! A whole can of tuna! Fortunately I got something else to comfort my stomach!
肉肉"揪甘心"提醒:
Zozo's reminder:
1. 每日至少喝5杯水,早中晚及兩餐之間飲用。喝水第一是爲了防止過快飢餓及飲食過量,
第二則是為了增加代謝、排除體內廢物。
1. Drink 5 glasses of water at least in the morning, noon, afternoon and between every
day. Drinking water is not only to prevent hunger and over-eaten but help
metabolism
and eliminate toxins from the body.
2. 依序食用,請勿自行調換其他替代品。
2. Follow the recipe in order. Do not use other substitutes instead.
3. 生食只能用水煮熟,除食鹽及胡椒粉外,不可加其他調味料。
3. Raw food can be water-boiled only. No seasoning except salt and pepper.
4. 咖啡或茶均不可加糖和奶精。
4. No sugar and cream for coffee or tea.
5. 此飲食配方有化學作用,不可任意更改。三天後可正常飲食,但不可過量;若要再減
肥,一定要相隔四天正常飲食後才能再繼續。

聽說喝咖啡比喝茶有效,肉肉採用早晚喝咖啡、中餐喝茶,果然早晚餐後就去嗯嗯了!由於飢餓感作祟,肉肉一天可是喝超過五杯水呢!
I heard that coffee is more efficient than tea. Therefore, I drank coffee for breakfast and dinner and tea for lunch. As expected, I had bowel movement after drinking coffee. Because of starvation, I drank more than 5 glasses of water a day!
總結來說,第一天還好,並不會覺得飢餓,但是體重卻意外的增加了2磅(真是跨丟鬼...)!第二天最難熬了,可以用餓的發慌來形容!雖然晚餐吃的很滿足,不過餓的很快,而且是餓到手腳發軟,所以早早就上床睡覺去了!這時體重有急速下降的趨勢,減了3磅!第三天,吃完早餐就想吃午餐,吃完午餐就想吃晚餐,並且開始幻想美食!到了晚上已經想要偷吃水餃了!堅持到最後,體重又下降2磅,三天下來總共瘦了3磅(約1.3公斤)!不是說可以瘦4-6公斤嗎!真是唬爛!
To sum up, the first day was okay. I did not feel hungry but gained 2 pounds more unexpectedly! The second day was the hardest one! I felt starved to death! Although I was full by dinner, I had no energy and felt hungry soon. So I went to bed earlier! I lost 3 pounds by then! The third day, I thought about next meal after one meal and started having an illusion about delicacies! I was thinking about snacking on dumping at night! I hung on to the last minute and finally lost 2 pounds again. Totally I lost 3 pounds this time! (Isn't it that can lose 4-6 kilograms? That's bull shit!)
網路上說這個食譜主要是通過改變碳水化合物、蛋白質和脂肪的供能比例來減少體重,所以平日吃碳水化合物較多的人,突然改成這樣的飲食,肯定效果比較明顯;如果你平日吃主食就很少,飯量小,經常飢餓,那麼吃這種減肥餐不會有效果。
It says this recipe mainly reduces the weight by changing the energy supply proportion of carbohydrate, protein and fat. Therefore, if you have more carbohydrate food normally, definitely will be more efficient by this way; if you normally have small appetite, it would have no result.
無論如何,平時正常吃不要暴飲暴食,多運動、多喝水,這樣就不怕體重過重,也不用跟自己的胃過不去了!希望大家都能吃的健康又美麗!
However, if we can eat healthy without gluttony, do more excise and drink more water ordinarily, we don't have to worry about overweight or to starve yourself! Wish everyone has a healthy diet and wonderful figure!
